Upgrading or Downgrading your account:

Payments:

When you purchase or upgrade your account, you will be redirected directly to them to pop in your Credit Card and billing info. Payment goes through instantly, and you can start using your account straight away!

Cancellations:

If at any point you want to cancel your account, all you need to do is drop us a mail at support@supersimplesurvey.com and we will cancel your account for month end (your account will remain active till the end of the current calendar month).  

You will still be able to access your account, though you will not be able to access any report data and all your surveys will become inactive. To reactivate is easy, buy clicking your accounts section you can resubmit your details and your account will become active again.

Suspensions

Sometimes, when we don't receive payment we need to suspend the account (this can be due to your credit card failing to run, may have expired or been cancelled).

At this point, you would receive an email warning you for potential suspension, if you do not resolve the problem we will then suspend your account.

When this happens, your surveys will become "inactive" during the suspension process. To reactivate is easy, buy clicking your accounts section you can resubmit your new details and your account will become active again.
